How many Valentine’s have you been together?

This article is not for the “kids” playing “date” on Valentine’s just to be “cool”, this is for real couples that have been in love for a lifetime.  If you have been with your loved one for that long then retirement has to be on the agenda, children are grown up, grandchildren visit once in a while, you no longer have to check in at 9:00 AM at the office…..seems like finally is YOUR time.

How crazy would it be to retire on a beach town and make Valentine’s be for ever?  Have you even think about it?

Take a deep breath and just think about it for a minute, Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful colonial and historical small city which is full of cultural activity year round.

‘Lifestyle’ south of the border generally means the quality of the life you live. It means slowing down enough to realize that life can be perfectly beautiful without the pressures of getting more stuff and then being enslaved to paying for it and maintaining it. Life can be anything you want it to be and it doesn’t have to be expensive or feel like being trapped in a bad dream of rush-hour traffic, bone-chilling climate and trying to stretch your income to cover your out-go.

If you’re looking for a way to stretch your nest egg, but aren’t anxious to sacrifice essentials like food and medicines, you should take a look at Puerto Vallarta. Here you can live an upscale lifestyle for the cost of a middle-class life at home.

Hospitals and health care providers in Puerto Vallarta are of excellent quality. Many doctors are educated in the US or Canada. In most cases costs are as low as one-fourth to one half what you might pay in the U.S.

Golf Courses, Beach, world-class shopping, Major US supermarkets ar e in town and the list goes on and on….

It must be hard to take this seriously  when you have never spend time in this beautiful town, but if this triggered you curiosity: the best way to find out if retiring in Puerto Vallarta is for you is by spending a few weeks and see if it “feels right”.
